The solar awning is a test fixture I designed and built to house four solar panels for a total power capacity of 1.28kW.
The awning used 2” Sch40 galvanized steel members for the frame, 7ft long aluminum rails with clamps to hold the solar panels, and four 60lb concrete footings for ballast.
